Challenge

Bentley, the definitive British luxury car company, became the naming rights sponsor of the 2017 Polo in the Value.  The event, which was already firmly established as the social event of the Perth season, had to look first class and run as smooth as silk.

Solution

Our design had to accommodate brand activation and private entertainment areas for Bentley and other sponsors, live polo matches, a live fashion parade, bars, dancefloors, with our unique 180 degree camera to capture the action.  Large LED screens fed the action to locations throughout the event.

Results

The 8th Polo in the Valley was an overwhelming success, with free flowing champagne, fashion parade, polo matches, best dressed competitions and dance floor action.  The event raised around $100,000 for Youth Focus and Telethon charities.
